      B.A.N.K. is an acronym for Blueprint, Action, Nurturing, and Knowledge, each with a specific set of values. When those values are sequenced together, that determines your BANKCODE.

    • How do I determine my BANKCODE?

      Simply follow the instructions above to crack your code and determine your BANKCODE. There are no right or wrong answers. Sort the value cards based on what is most important to you and like you, to least important and least like you. Once you do this, you will have determined your BANKCODE.

    • Why does someone want to know my BANKCODE?

      The person who invited you to crack your code supports our mission to Make People Matter. They want to know your BANKCODE because they value you, want to respect your time, understand what matters to you, and ultimately serve you in the best way. Their goal is to communicate with you in the way that you prefer, rather than potentially risk any miscommunication.

    • How long will this assessment take?

      It should take you less than 90 seconds to complete this short assessment. We are confident you will be amazed at how accurately it describes you, so quickly.

    • What will I receive when I complete the assessment?

      Once you complete the assessment, simply fill in your personal details and we will send you a copy of your custom BANKCODE report ($99 value).
